Where and when is the appointment to go canoeing?

Where: At the CAP 07 base at 1 chemin de la digue in Sampzon.

Park your car (free private car parks).

When: Meet at the CAP 07 reception desk in SAMPZON 15 minutes before your departure time.

Our team will welcome you, equip you and inform you. Shuttle departures to the canoe departure are scheduled at 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m.

How do I get back to SAMPZON?

Our team welcomes you at the CHÂMES beach at 12.30 p.m. by appointment then every 40 minutes from 1.30 p.m. until 5.30 p.m.
A VIP welcome: on your arrival our team members pamper you, from the edge of the river they take care of your canoes and kayaks, load them on the trailer, direct you to the shaded stop our cap07 shuttles.

What equipment is provided? 

Each is personally equipped:
A buoyancy aid adapted to everyone's size, a double or single paddle, a container per canoe to carry your personal equipment. Our 2-3 or 4-seater canoes are all self-draining, comfort seats (on reservation), integrated roto-moulded footrests offer you comfort in navigation.

What should I bring?

The ideal outfit for this mini descent of the Ardèche is simple: shorts, swimsuit, anti-UV T-shirt, cap, towel, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, unlaced closed water shoes, Remember to attach your glasses. Do not take fragile electronic equipment or remember to protect it in waterproof pockets. We do not recommend the use of sunscreen under the vest. Remember to have a sun t-shirt, it's cheaper than a tube of sunscreen and it makes the fish happy.

What are our navigation and safety tips?

A complete briefing of the descent is given to everyone, the remarkable points will be detailed and safety advice will be given to you.
A route map is stuck on each container. approximate point-to-point rally times are noted.
The provision of canoes is made personally under the guidance of our team. Remember to apply the safety instructions given on boarding.
